After already workin on a piece like this my disk crashed and all was lost fortunately i had enough determination to make a new one and i think it worked out pretty good. psd size @ 200 mb (largest i ever had) and origional image size @ 1500x3000. all favs and comments appreciated as always.
excellent work dude, i was scrolling down slowly, a little bit pensive due to the nature of the title. The first top planet didn't really make too much of an impact on me, however i liked the nebula details instantly, especially some of the textures, however it never struck me as outstanding UNTIL i reached the impact planet. This is certainely a DELICIOUS explosion effect you've created here, planet texture. rings and flare are superb additions to the piece too. EXCELLENT overall work dude
nice impact wave/explosion..I have the same opinion that ~LostParadigm, the nebulas could be better, but all in all that's a really great work you have here..congratulations
My only problem with it is that the clouds, they arent bad at all, its just there isnt as much depth between the dark and the light. It seems like the clouds are all on one level, just changing color. Now i dont know how youd go about doing it, but if you could show that they were at different distances, the piece would be perfect in everyway.
me again hi. you also might wanna look at the planet on the top left, it looks like stars are shining through it... or are those lights? either way the peice is frigging awesome.

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and =Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
